#6  We Meet Again

She looks at her watch every five seconds. And everytime she did, her steps become faster and bigger. She’s already 15 minutes late. She was told by a classmate that their Literature professor want to see her at 5.15 p.m. But it’s already two minutes pass 5.30 and the lecturer office usually closed at 5.30. looking at her watch again, she didn’t notice that someone is coming from the other side of the wall. The moment she look up, her face already bump into someone’s chest.

“Whoa...watch out.” She heard someone said that and her hand was pulled-up before her butt hits the floor.

“Are you okay?” the guy that helped her earlier asked.

“I’m okay. Thanks for the help.” She said, looking at the guy.

“oh!! It’s you. Soo Il-shi.”

Soo Il’s forehead creased. She got confused by his remark.

“Err…I’m so sorry but do I know you?” she asked. As far as she remember, she didn’t know this guy.

“Ohh…sorry for that. Haha.. I forgot about it. Of course you don’t know me. It’s impossible for you to remember me. Anyway, hi… I’m Park Kyuhyun, from the Art Department.”

“Err..Kim Soo Il.” She takes his hand that was stretched out to her.

“You surre does love bumping into people.” He gives her a smile.

Even though she doesn’t really understand the joke, she smile back to him, to be polite.

“I’m sorry for not recognizing you. I really want to chat more but I’m afraid that I can’t stay any longer. I am so sorry but I got an appointment and I’m already running late. I think I need to excuse myself.”

“oh, sure. Go on. And make sure you don’t bump into other people. Hyung might get all furious about that. Bye.” Waving her good bye, he walked away.

He already walked off but Soo Il is still standing still on her spot.

“Hyung might get all furious about that? What did he meant by that, actually?” she ask herself. But few seconds later, she snap back.

‘Oh my god…Mr. Jang! I AM LATE!!’

It’s already late when he get off from work. The library is going to have an event and he is a bit busy because he is one of the committee who’ll be handling it. Walking to the carpark, to his surprise, he saw Kyuhyun.

“Hyung.” Called Kyuhyun when he sees him.

“Kyu-ah, what are you doing here? You’re not going back yet?”

“I’m going with you today. I ride the bus this morning. My bike is acting up today.”

“Really? Why didn’t you call me or go wait for me in the library? At least there are seats there.”

“I’m staying low remember? I really don’t want people to know that I’m your brother. If not, it’ll be a mess with my daily life.”

“Yah!! What’s wrong with being my brother?”

“Haha…don’t get mad, hyung. It’s just that you’re too popular among the girls. It might affect me you know. I never knew you’ll be this popular, hyung.”

“Popular? Am I somekind of celebrity? Don’t exaggerate much.”

“Heheh… but you really have your own circle of fan. I always hear my classmates talking about you. You even got a fanclub you know. If only they know your heart is already belong to someone.” Kyuhyun let out a chuckle. Then he remembers who he met earlier.

“Oh, speaking of her, I bump into her earlier. And when I said bump, I mean ‘bump’.” He said, giving his hyung a smirk, while his right hand hitting his chest.

Jungsoo’s eyes got wider.

‘Again?!’ he thinks. He don’t know what he’s feeling right now. He know it’s not jealousy since he know how it feels and this is different. He open the backseat’s door and put his things inside.

“I hold her hand to prevent her from falling.” Kyuhyun add when there’s no response from his hyung except for his expression. This time, Jungsoo close the door and face him.

“If you are trying to make me jealous, it’s work. So, stop it now my evil dongsaeng.” He said and playfully smacks Kyuhyun’s head. He then move to the driver seat before telling Kyuhyun to get in. Yes, he is jealous. It was still fine when Kyuhyun said they bump into each other but Kyuhyun’s next words hit his jealousy button. Skinship?! Even he doesn’t has that chance yet. And it’s look like it’s still far to even imagine it.

“Hyung, you need to start the engine and drive for this car to move and send us home, you know.”

Staring at the car’s steering, he then realised where he is.

“Oh, right.” He said and starts the engine. Kyuhyun’s laugh make him turns to his little brother.

“You are really easily get jealous. Haha. I know you will act somewhat like this. She’s not even yours, hyung. Hehehe…Relax. I’m just testing you. Haish…this is why I told you to make her yours faster. So that you can warn her not to be so close with any guy.”

“What kind of advise is that?” Jungsoo ask and knock Kyuhyun’s head with his left hand. He then drives away from the carpark.
